The Dawn Osborne Band swirls soul, rock, blues and jazz into a high-energy music cocktail. Their latest album, Slow the World Down, features Dawn Osborne's soaring vocals, Andrew Sharpe's funky bass lines, Newt Johnson's fiery keyboard playing, the mind-blowing guitar picking of Jason Humphress, shared drumming duties by Solomon Grable and Darrell Tibbs, latin percussion by Jeff Woods and trumpet, sax and trombone provided by The Alabama Horns (Ken Watters, Brad Guin and Billy Bargetzi). All of the songs, written by Andrew and/or Dawn, are artfully arranged with exotic, multi-layered backup vocals to cap off the listening experience. Slow the World Down, produced by the legendary Jimmy Nutt, Jim Cavender and The Dawn Osborne Band, was recorded at NuttHouse Studio in Sheffield, Alabama. The lush album art is the creation of Andrew Sharpe.

Their debut album, The Dawn Osborne Band, was released in 2013, and they appeared on Duke Way's Alligator Wings in 2014.

"With Dawn's incredible voice leading the way, they aim for the heart, brain and booty all at once, and never miss." - Jerry Henry, AlabamaMusicOffice.com
